Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct aims to create a responsible, ethical, and sustainable work environment for all employees of the factory. All management, staff, and workers strive to uphold these principles and actively work towards their implementation and continuous improvement.
- Child Labor is completely prohibited in the factory and has sufficient policies in place in relation to slavery and human trafficking.
- Forced, bonded or involuntary prison labor is not allowed in factory. Workers should be free to leave their employer after a reasonable notice period.
- There must not be discrimination on the basis of race, national origin, religion, age, disability, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, union membership or political affiliation and these are strongly prohibited.
- Must follow wages and benefits for a standard working week with relevant minimum wage standards. Wages are paid in strict compliance with the law.
- Standard working hours are ensured in accordance with law.
- The factory complies with all applicable local environmental, safety and health regulations.
- The factory complies with all related current legalization in the different applicable areas.
- The use of corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion and verbal abuse are forbidden.
